FIFA Club World Cup:Bayern Munich- Boca Juniors
If that unbeaten CONMEBOL record is still intact when this game kicks off @ 21:00 local time in Miami, it feels likely to be sorely tested by Bayern Munich. However, we have already seen the huge support that Boca Juniors have here in the US, they are the hottest ticket in the competition, sold more tickets and faster than even Real Madrid and their games were pretty much an instant sell out. Their supporters have taken over Miami Beach in the last week and will be bringing the vibe this evening, regardless of score and for 90 minutes plus in this, their second start in the Hard Rock Stadium. Whereas Bayern started up in Cincinnati (1,500 km away) so travel involved and they are based in Orlando which itself is a 4 hour drive to Miami. There has apparently been some issues with families being allowed to stay with players for the first week or so of this trip, as some staff were not allowed to travel as a "cost cutting exercise" and yet provision has been made for some players to have a wife and a number of children on the base (Harry Kane has four children for example). Also having families around in the home of Disney World is probably fun but a distraction, as is the travel and "ill feeling" if there is some. Either way, this is a massive step up from playing Auckland and I think that whilst Bayern should win, their odds of circa 1.30 are too skinny, given conditions (it will still be pushing 30 degrees at game time) , the travel and late kick off time (9 hours later than their opener!) which favours Boca.
1.75 units both teams to score @ 2.08 asian line, alternative would be Boca + 1.25 ball @ 2.31.
Good luck!
