We got big odds for AS Monaco to score twice at PSG last weekend, a fixture that has been very kind to us in recent seasons.....
Moneybags (PSG) are winless in three competitive games, including b2b 2-2 league draws to start yet another title defence. They will want to get that win today, as ASM are the only team with a 100% record and a traditional L1 big player. The visitors have won all four competitive games played so far, scoring 10 goals and unlike many teams who travel to the Parc des Princes , they do not step off the team bus with knees shaking! They visited twice inside nine days last season and drew 2-2 (Champions League) and then won 3-1 in the league and ahead of the second I updated with .....

The two met here in the Parc des Princes just nine days ago and those notes are reproduced at the foot of this email. ASM did indeed score twice, despite playing 38 minutes with 10 men and created 4 BC's in a 2-2 draw. Of course, PSG did not need to win that and they would like to today, but do not have to and they will surely see the upcoming visit from Chelsea as more important.
Monaco only have the league left and will be straining every sinew to try and finish top 4 and find a way back to the Champions League. If they play as well as they did last week and keep 11 men on the pitch they have a chance of winning this.
They landed strong rated winning bets at odds of 4.0 and 3.20 and like a striker who has scored twice, I am not passing when the hat-trick is on!
They won 2-1 and have had a long nine days between games to bask in the warm glow of that and probably even enjoyed watching PSG win 6-1 in the Champions League in midweek, to frank the form line and make them even more pleased with themselves.
PSG will be desperate to win domestically now that they are up and running in the CL and they will have few qualms about having to do that against a favoured opponent. The Parisians are 19-1-0 in the last 20 h2h meetings with Brest and have won the last four of those by a combined 14-0. However, Brest did score in each of the previous six (2+ in 3) and are in a good place offensively ATM and last week, ahead of a trip to Le Havre, I noted ....
Brest have issues too and are transitioning through the end of an era. However, the visitors have drawn both games 2-2 and have played well. Those games have been ridiculously open with a combined 15 BC's, 67 attempts, 50 ITB (!) with 12 saves and the woodwork coming to the rescue 4 times. SB had more than the lion's share of those and certainly look to pose the far greater goal threat and I also expect HAC to open up.
Brest won that 2-1 and have made a much stronger start to this season than they would surely have expected and that should enable them to play without too much pressure today and they can play the minor role in a high scoring contest.
2.25 units Paris Saint Germain to win and both teams to score @ 2.51 asian line.
